Tips for your Mini Manifestor

5 Gentle Ways to Introduce Manifestation to Your Child

1. Talk About Dreams and Desires

Ask your child: “If you could be anything or do anything, what would it be?” Let their imagination run wild! Let them know it’s okay to dream big — and that those dreams matter.

2. Create a Daily Affirmation Ritual

Start each morning or bedtime with a positive affirmation. Try phrases like:

“I am strong and kind,”
“I can be anything I dream of,” or
“Magic lives in me.”

Saying these out loud builds self-confidence and sets a positive tone for the day.

3. Use a Kids Manifestation Journal

A guided journal (like our Minis Manifest Magic journal!) gives kids a playful, creative space to express their goals, gratitude, and mood. It makes the concept of manifestation tangible and fun!

4. Introduce Visualisation Through Play

Ask your child to close their eyes and imagine something wonderful they want to happen. Get them to draw it, act it out, or tell a story about it. Visualisation boosts belief.

5. Celebrate Small Wins

When your child works towards a goal or something great happens, remind them:

“You helped make this happen with your thoughts, actions, and energy!”

It connects their inner world with the results they see — a magical life lesson!

Why It Matters

When kids learn the power of manifestation, they’re learning:

Self-awareness

Emotional expression

Resilience

Belief in their own abilities

They’re not just dreaming — they’re creating.
